Conrail unit # 4105 pulls a container train through Palmer
in November 1996. These containers are bound for Worcester for unloading.
Just a note Mass Central in Palmer and ICI in Worcester are the only two
sites in western Mass that can handle containers that have rail access. |

This is the first rail photo I ever took. Note the Mass
Central unit in the train. I did not know at the time this unit was leaving
for good. This is a shot of the Palmer yard. Sorry but I do not remember
the exact date but I think it was the fall of 1995. |
